He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine Bell of Virginia. He is survived by: his sister Mary Guttierez of San Diego; his son Jeffrey Bell; his daughter-in-law Lisa of Kennett Square; his stepson Richard Haviland; and his daughter-in-law Linda of West Chester.
