Miller (Kennett Square, Pennsylvania), born in Brooklyn, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 15, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley M. T. Strong and Dr. William B; and her niece Margaret Knowles Albertson. She is survived by: her husband Blaine M. Miller, Jr. (Pete) of Parkersburg, WV; her sisters, Joan S. Kearney and Marian S. Moore; her daughters, Sarah B. Manning (Christopher F. R. Manning), Katherine M. McNeill (Michael D. McNeill) and Jeanne M. Brown (Steven C. Brown); and her grandchildren, Bruce D. Manning (Lindsay R. Blevins), William B. Manning, Grace E. McNeill, Daniel S. Brown and Andrew B. Brown.
In addition to masks, all adults must have received COVID-19 vaccinations.
