He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelsey James Frantz and Carol Elizabeth Morgan Frantz. He is survived by: his spouse Diane Lamken Frantz; his children, Kimberly G. Ploskonka (Kenneth L.) and Rebecca Frantz-Clark (Kenneth G.); his grandchildren, Alexa Lynn Ploskonka, Abigail Rose Clark and Lily Morgan Clark; and his siblings, William N. Frantz and Marion Russell.
