He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Forte and Anne DeFroscia; and his sisters, Patricia Gallagher and Carol Forte. He is survived by: his grandfather Richard G. Forte; his spouse Terry Forte of Kennett Square, PA.; his children, Chrissy Wolfe (Michael) of Kennett Square and Richie Forte (Jenna) of Avondale; his grandchildren, Michael, Joey, Katharine Wolfe, Richie, Luke, Sam and Alia Forte; and his brother Glenn Forte.
In lieu of flowers donations in Rich Forte's name can be made to the Mushroom Festival which benefits local charities.
