We are sad to announce that on August 6, 2020, at the age of 100, Rebecca Talley in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Miriam Miller Harvey and Arthur C. Harvey; her husband Harold M. Talley; her siblings, Ruth Ferron and Bill Harvey; and her children, Jane Rigler (Les) of Newark, DE, Lynn Rising (Don) of Mount Joy, PA and David Talley (Debbie) of West Grove, PA.. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
