He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard McGovern and Helen Moran McGovern. He is survived by: his great-grandparent McGOVERN, Sr.; and his children, Denise Charbonnier (Paul) and Mark McGovern, Jr of Willow Street, PA. He is also survived by three grandchildren and six grandchildren.
