She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kirlin and Clementine Ferretti Kirlin; her son Drew; and her brothers, Jim and Jack.
She is survived by: her husband Andrew J. Augustine III; her children, Stephen Augustine (Sue), Daniel Augustine (Jen) and Susan Fritts (Peter); her siblings, Michael Kirlin and Margaret Kirlin; and her grandchildren, Kinsey (Andrew Augustine), Daniel J., Emily (Luke Augustine) and Teagan (Hayden Fritts).
The family kindly requests memorial contributions for Patricia be made to the MICU Nursing Team Gift Fund at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
