He is survived by: his wife Pat (Verrico); his daughters, Michelle Murphy (Ashley) and Melissa Maule (Frank); his great grandchild Ian Michael Murphy Jr.; his brother Andrew; and his mother Gap Newport Pike.
Mike was an organ donor and will assist the lives of others through his donation.
