She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oscar Thomas Wilson and Olive Lela Kilby Wilson; her husband Dean Emmett Barlow; and her children, Peggy Sue Huber (Tom), Franklin Wayne Barlow (Betsy), John Thomas Barlow (Betty), Ronald Dean Barlow (Georgette) and Roxanne Sheets (Donald). She was also cherished by grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
