It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Emma Ellisor of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, born in Denton, Maryland, who passed away on October 5, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Edward and Thelma Bryant Gainor Dempsey; and her children, Debra Wilson of Gadsden, AL and Ronald Durham of Ocala, FL.. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Ellisor Sarver of Dover, DE, Rosemary Wallis, Carol Ann Michel of San Angelo, TX, Theresa Livingston Breedlove of Gainesville, FL, Charles Knotts of Ocala, FL and John Towers Dempsey of Elkton, MD. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
