He was predeceased by: his parents, Marino Thomas Plebani, Sr. and Grace Arrowhead Plebani. He is survived by: his fiancée Florence "Floss" Ciliberto; his child Dinnette Finney; his granddaughter Megan Dentremont (Scott); and his siblings, David Luke Plebani and Marietta Plebani Crosson.

Tom has requested that NO flowers be sent. His wish was that donations in his memory be made to only.
