She was predeceased by: her husband Warner Hamilton, Jr.; and her parents, Louise Irace DiBartolomeo and Louis DiBartolomeo Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Jacalyn Hamilton. She is also survived by one sister and numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Kuzo Funeral Home (250 W State St, Kennett Square, PA 19348). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (212 Meredith St, Kennett Square, PA 19348).
