He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Vicki; his children, Ryan Manuel (Courtney) and Kellie Capote; his grandchildren, Ella Sheehan, Addison Manuel, Olivia Manuel, Ryder Manuel, Brynn Capote and Brooklyn Capote; his siblings, Tony Manuel (Ginny), Tom Manuel (Carol), Wayne Manuel (Nellie), Vincent Fazio (Antoinette), Joseph Fazio (Laura), Peter Fazio (Mary), Betty Turnbaugh (Bill), Patti Manuel-Arlan (Steve), Anita Caputo (Lou) and Rosemarie Nilan (Tom); and his parents, Thomas Albert Manuel and Eunice Manuel.
