He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stivale and Amelia Stivale; and his daughter Susanne Stivale (Susie). He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his sons, Lee Alan (Cheryl Baarsma) of Chadds Ford and David George (Kim Craig) of San Diego; his grandchildren, Brittany Lee, Avery William and Brayden Christopher; his sister Doris Diamond; his nephews, Craig and Kevin Diamond; and his pets, Shadow and Foxy. He is also survived by numerous friends and relatives, and two fine furry friends.
