He was predeceased by: his father Irving Isaac Jaffe. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Bucholtz Jaffe; his wife Mary Ann Bacunawa-Jaffe; his children, Haylie, Zack and Carl; his siblings, Allison Reppert (Jorge), Regina Jaffe and Jay Jaffe; his nieces, Jenna Davis and Kristin Mancinelli; his nephew Daniel Jaffe; and his close friends, Shana Cooper, John Boyer and Laura Boyer.
