She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wiley Barker and Lola Johnson Barker; her husband Elmer Blackburn; her children, Patricia Duvall (Delmer), Lanny Blackburn (Suzanne), Larry Blackburn (Karen) and Linda Rowe (Richard); her grandchildren, Tammie, Alisa, Kristen, Jenny, Brandy, Carrie, Stephanie, Julia, Jason, Andrea, Matthew, Robert, Richard and Ethan; and her siblings, Madeline Barker Salerni and Burl Barker.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Kennett Square Missionary Baptist Church.
