He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew H. Maurer and Shirley Minton Maurer. He is survived by: his former wife Christine M. Maurer of Kennett Square; his sons, Michael (Tobe) of Landenberg and Matthew of Collegeville; his grandchildren, Hailey, Austin, Aubrey, Cole of Landenberg and Myles Robinson of Brooklyn, NY.; and his siblings, Jeannie Heitz (Chick) of Rising Sun, Joanne Towber, Sandy Zistl of New Castle, DE, Martha Robinson (Harold) of Northeast, MD and Andrea Maurer of Tulsa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
