He is survived by: his wife Vivian Tamargo; his children, Rafael Tamargo (Alicia Tamargo) and Hector Tamargo (Denise Verdieck); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Tamargo and Gregory Tamargo; his sister Maria Alvarez (Pedro Alvarez); and also, Maria Lichorobiec and Pedro Alvarez, Jr..
