He was predeceased by: his parent Laverne Champe. He is survived by: his parent Alan Jacks; his spouse Mary Louise Drexler; his daughter Trevor Kurz; his grandchildren, Joshua Kurz (Ariadne), Sara Kurz, Sofia Kurz and Oliver Kurz; and also Violet Wasserman Jacks.
