He was predeceased by: his parents, F. Harold Duncan and Jennifer Duncan; his former wife Helen Jane Duncan; his daughter Helen Hiles; and his brother Robert Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Crossan Duncan; and his daughters, Debbie Harkins (John Molner), Barbara Tucker (Paul) and Judie Burcham. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
