He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Pannell (Linda); his grandchild Chris; his daughter Donna Novak (Craig); his grandchildren, Amanda, Lauren, Kristen and Kyle; his daughter Robin Davis (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Morgan and Austin; his daughter Marsha Melton (Richard); his grandsons, Jack and Justin; his sister Ginger Wolfe; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Alexa, Savannah, Olivia, Adrianna, Kevin Jr. and Natalie.
Jack's family kindly asks in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions in his memory be made to the Kennett Fire Company, 301 Dalmatian Street, Kennett Square, PA 19348.
