He was predeceased by : his parents, Theodore Kogut, Sr. and Florence Kogut. He is survived by : his wife Eileen Kogut (Anglim); his children, Dr. James J. Kogut, Jr. (Katrice), Kyle Kogut (Emily), Connor Kogut and Kathleen Kogut; his grandchildren, Elyse and Declan Kogut; and his brothers, Theodore Kogut, Jr. (Helen) and Stephen Kogut (Angie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
