He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Johnson and Janet Atley Johnson of Kennett Square; and his son Matthew Mullins. He is survived by: his daughter Kaitlyn Mullins of Cochranville, PA.; and his siblings, Richard W. Atley of Wilmington, DE, William R. Johnson of Downingtown, PA, John H. Johnson, Jr. of Rockford, IL., Cynthia A. Johnson of Kennett Square, Cheryl E. Johnson of Parkesburg, PA and Shelley R. Johnson. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and devoted friends.
