He is survived by: his children, Charreen N. McKim of Avondale, Angela L. Winters (Pedro) of Avondale, Jonathan M. Brown (Gina) of Oxford and Garry A. Winters, Jr. (Allie) of West Chester; his stepson Eric Jackson of Delaware; and his siblings, Brian Winters (Mildred) of Philadelphia, Tameka Hill of Kennett Square, Luther Tinnin, John Winters and Paul Winters. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
