He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis W Riggins and Thelma Jane Keene Riggins. He is survived by: his children, Tammy A. Thomas (William) of Hockessin, DE and Mark Riggins of Kennett Square, PA; his granddaughters, Ashley C. Thomas and Kristi H. Thomas; his brother Roland M. Riggins of Kennett Square, PA; and his close friend Judy Ann Douglass.
