She was predeceased by: her son Michael. She is survived by: her daughter Maddie; and her siblings, Pamela Loos, Margaret Kieffer (Joseph Kieffer), George (Cathy Loos), Ted (Kasey Manwaring Loos), Cecilia and Katherine Major (David Major). She is also survived by her husband and three children.
In lieu of flowers, Emily had asked that donations be made to the HEADstrong Foundation (headstrong.org).
