It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Halsted of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 22, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry C. Barnes and Nancy R. Barnes; her husband John Scarlett Halsted; her children, Beth Halsted, Scarlett Carey (Bill), Jock Halsted (Denise) and Tom Halsted; and her sisters, Blyth Steere and Judy Luke. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and 2 great- grandchildren.
