She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Lloyd Letts and Madeline G. Letts. She is survived by: her great grandchild Lucy; and her children, George B. Lewis Jr. (Alexandra Mercer Warriner) of Brooklyn, Madeline Lewis (Stanley Smokler) of Landenberg, Pennsylvania and Houghton Lewis (Joanna Lewis) of Waxhaw. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
