He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara A. Miller. He is survived by: his daughter Susan L Everest; his son-in-law Russell C. Everest of Avondale, PA; and his granddaughters, Erica L Everest of New York City and Veronica E. Everest of Philadelphia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
