He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Peacock and Mary Pyle Peacock. He is survived by: his girlfriend Melissa A. Black; his friends, Brad and Joe; and his pet Blackie.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Doug's memory may be made to the Faithful Friends Animal Society, a Delaware no kill animal shelter. Donations may be mailed to Faithful Friends, 12 Germay Drive, Wilmington, Delaware 19804.
