He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Fertig and Mary Pyle Fertig. He is survived by: his girlfriend Chrissy Pannell; his daughter Kylie Fichett; his sister Crystal Fertig Bennett; his brother-in-law Craig Bennett; and his brother Kevin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
