She is survived by: her husband Howard Starke Jarrett; her children, William Howard Jarrett (Elaine) of Snowmass, CO, David Starke Jarrett (Kathie) of Rock Hall, MD, Andrew Winthrop Jarrett (Kim) of Ellicott City, MD and Sara Jane Jarrett of Aspen, CO; and her grandchildren, Wyllie Burrows, Ashleigh Jarrett and Conor Burrows.
