Ola Cox Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2024, at the age of 101, Ola Cox (Kennerdell, Pennsylvania) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ola Cox to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey McCord and Minnie McCord (Coast); her son-in-law Jack Connor; and her sisters, Laura Schoeppner and Bonnie Stewart.
She is survived by: her close friend Marie Gerson; her caregiver Ola; her children, Diane Miller (John) of Rockland, Dixie Agnew (Dallice) of Rockland, Candace Connor of Rockland and David Cox (Janet) of Shippenville; her grandchildren, Kelly Martini (Carrie Chelko), Adam Miller (Sabrina McCormick), Rachel Agnew (Brandy Ellis), Jackson Connor (Kristen Thompson) and Jason Cox (Amy Brubaker); and also Philadelphia. She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Rockland United Methodist Church (4357 Kennerdell Rd, Kennerdell, PA 16374). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rockland United Methodist Church, 4357 Kennerdell Rd., Kennerdell, PA 16374.
