It is with great sadness that we announce the death of June M. Cervenec of Kennerdell, Pennsylvania, born in Emlenton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 24, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sherman and Mable Sherman (Sheffer); her husband Leonard Cervenec; her siblings, Donald, John "Barney", Richard "Dick" Sherman and Helen Gutherie; and her son-in-law Randy Mealey.
She is survived by: her children, Kerry Cervenec (Lori) of Florida, Damien Cervenec of Kennerdell, Sherri Mealey of Grove City and Lisa Bunker (Don) of Ohio; her grandchildren, Ryan Cervenec (Jen), Brandy Mealey, Erin Faith (Scott), Mitchel Gothe (Jessie), Jade Cervenec, Emerson Gothe-Dunn, Declan Gothe-Dunn and Sutton Faith; and her siblings, Harry Sherman and Maxine Letsko.
Memorial donations in June's honor may be sent to a local animal shelter or to Shiners Hospital for children.
