He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lynch and Amelia Lynch (Orbin); and his sister Rosemarie Neill of Pittsburgh. He is survived by: his daughter Hilary N. Mitchell (Robert) of Grafenwoehr, Germany; and his grandson Maclyn Mitchell.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
