She is survived by: her parent Ruth A. Vogus Weaver; her children, Theodore C. Haag (Mary) of Cochranton, Victoria L. Surrena (Robert) of Grove City, Allen L. Haag of Cranberry, Samuel R. Haag (Roberta) of Sandy Lake, Angela McClellan (Roy) of Jackson Center and Nancy M. Haag of Cranberry; and her siblings, Gary L. Weaver (Bethel) of Mercer, Dale R. Weaver (Rosemary) of Slippery Rock and Carol Liska (John) of Greenville. She is also survived by grandchildren and four great grand children.
