He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Hartline and Frances Hartline (Hain). He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Hartline (Hardinger); his children, Thomas W. Hartline (Mary E. Hartline) of Land and Debra L. Arnold (Eric J. Arnold) of Gibraltar; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Gregory, Victoria, Abigail and Thomas, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Aden, Koa and Roland; and his siblings, Frank Hartline (Elaine Hartline) of Reading, Dennis Hartline (Clara Hartline) of Exeter Township, Patricia Frantz of Macungie, Linda Klinksisk of Sinking Spring, Carlton, Richard, Robert, Douglas Hartline and Catherine Brady.
