He is survived by: his wife Frances I. "Renie" (Horodynska); his children, Stacy A. Hauk (Larry Epler) of Sinking Spring, Pamela M. Sutliff (Robert) of Lincoln Park and David J. (JoEllen) of McHenry, MD; his grandchildren, Mason (Jen), Madison (Adam), Samuel (Erica), Matthew (Courtney), Andrew and Claire; his great grandchild Sutton; his brother Robert Osiecki of Bethlehem; and his caregiver Renie.
