He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Rebholz and Doris Rebholz (Reazor). He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Rebholz; his sons, Michael R. Rebholz Jr. (Hannah Coble) and Daniel S. Rebholz (Kawtar Maha); his siblings, Donald Rebholz and Kelly Rebholz; and his grandchildren, Ayah, Noor, Dana and Amira.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
