She was predeceased by: her parents, Nora Phillips (Stauffer) and Uklet Phillips; her husband Charles E. Smith; and her brothers, Robert and Raymond Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl (Cress Barrett) of Garden City, SC and Scott L. (Connie Smith) of Kenhorst; and her siblings, Shirley A. Mitchell of Washington and Ronnie Phillips of Missouri. She is also survived by four grandchildren, one great granddaughter and one great great granddaughter.
