She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosalie C. Moore (Stelma) and Thomas P. Moore; and her brothers, Joseph and Thomas Moore. She is survived by: her spouse Joachim Makosch; and her children, Mary Jo (Willard Smith) of Mohrsville, Judith A. (Michael Reilly) of Kenhorst, Nancy R. (James Shoemaker) of Reading, Daniel P. (Cathy Makosch) of Mohnton and Edward T. Makosch of Sinking Spring. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
