He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Scanlon and Helen (McAllister). He is survived by: his wife Donna (Rybinski); his son Kevin (Stacy); his grandsons, Kevin Jr. and Clayton of New Tripoli; his son Sean (Alison); his grandchildren, Liam and Lily of Fogelsville; his daughter Allison (Mike Wall); his grandson Henry of Rutledge, PA.; his brothers, Bill (Phyllis), Michael (Lynne) and Timothy (Karen); and his sister-in-law Joan (Roddy Stummer). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
