He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel F. Getter and Margaret Getter (Derr). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Getter (Christine); his children, Dan Getter (Doris) of Schnecksville, Tina Getter of Kempton and Laurie Seither of Kutztown; his granddaughters, Hannah, Sophia, Sarah and Jennifer; and his great grandchildren, Jayden, Ava, Zoe and Jax.
