We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2019, at the age of 97, Richard Simonsen (Kempton, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lillian Simonsen (Rinel) and Stanley Simonsen; his children, Dawn D. Janssen (Robert J. Janssen), Cedar Springs and Richard R. Simonsen; his granddaughter Anneke A. Polka (Cory Polka, Green); his great grandchildren, Brayden and Reese; and his sister Patty Yunker.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lehigh Valley Hospice, 2166 S. 12th St., Allentown, PA 18103.
