She is survived by: her parent Joann Lewis (Teman); her stepfather David of Kempton; her children, Cody Rohrbach (Alysha Allen) of Easton and Kady Lukowicz of Seattle, WA; her sister Denise Kester; and her stepsister Melissa Kerlin (James) of Virginia Beach.
