He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Richards and Gertrude Heinz Richards; and his sister Priscilla Bollenbach. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peg" Sharpless Richards; his sons, C. Timothy Richards (Wendy Muth) of Kemblesville, PA and Jonathan T. Richards (Michelle) of Kemblesville, PA; and his grandchildren, Selena, Dylan, Luke and Natalie.
Although COVID restrictions are changing, the family requests that visitors wear a mask for the services.
