He was predeceased by: his daughter Katherine L.. He is survived by: his spouse Evelyn M. (Dilworth); and his sons, Charles W. Weir, Jr (Patricia), Ronald L. Weir (Lois) of Kemblesville and His. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
