She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Franklin and Iva Mae Kilgore (Slatton); her husband David Elmer Walters; and her siblings, Margie Kilgore, George, Carl, Norris, Roland and James Kilgore.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Fieldson (Charlie Malanosky), Brenda Jean Hatley (Don Hatley) and David Walters (Kimberly Piwowar); her grandchildren, Tammy Deberry (Kevin) and Charles Walters (Tammy); her great grandchildren, Sara Stall (George), Elizabeth Coburn, Payton Deberry and Charles Walters; her great great grandchild Mason Stall; and her brother Ronald Kilgore (Patty).
