She is survived by: her husband William A. "Bill" Spicer; her children, Billy J. Spicer (Melanie) of Centre Hall and Edna J. Spicer of Clearfield; and her siblings, Dave Conaway, Bob Conaway and Beverly Cowtrete. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
