He was predeceased by: his father George A. Quick. He is survived by: his mother LuAnn Quick (Mitchell) of Karthaus, PA; his sisters, Bonnie Sylvester (Harlin) of Curwensville, PA and Dana Wiseman (Robert) of DuBois, PA; and his nieces and nephews, Dustin Quick, Cayden Wiseman and Shaylin Wiseman.
